ordering through MillCreek you agree to the polices stated:
All products whether individually or created
from MillCreek Soy Wax Candle Supply, LLC need to be tested. MillCreek
Soy Wax Candle Supply, LLC is not responsible for accidents that may
occur with the products offered.
It is your responsibility to
test each product, including packaging materials.
MillCreek's
customer support hours are
Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm This is for products and help for
supplies purchased from MillCreek Soy Wax Candle Supply, LLC. MillCreek is closed weekends and

MILLCREEK ORDERING:
MillCreek Soy Wax Candle Supply accepts orders through our website.
We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, and Electronic checks through PayPal.
Returned checks will be charged $27.50 and 18% interest from date of order.
If paying by PayPal please be advised that your payment must be cleared
and completed with PayPal before your order will ship. This could
add 2 to 14 additional days on to your order. You will receive an E-mail
from PayPal stating when your funds have cleared; MillCreek also
receives this information.
Cancelled orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee,
no exceptions.
Before submitting your order, please
check to make sure your order is complete. Any additions and/or
changes made to your order are considered separate orders. Your order
will be handled and billed accordingly, including the UPS charges for
each order. This policy is in place because all orders are processed
in real-time, meaning, as soon as you key the submit button in the
shopping cart, your order has been processed and is ready to pack as
stated on your invoice.
MillCreek does not accept
add-ons to orders.
Please print a copy of your invoice. An invoice is also sent
with each order. Please keep these for your bookkeeping and tax
records. MillCreek charges a $50 flat rate charge for invoice
record/s recovery.

MillCreek Soy Wax Candle Supply ships all orders via UPS. Shipping rates are
based on the actual weight of the package and destination. Standard time for orders shipped UPS ground is 5-10
business
days. All
orders (including Next Day Air) have a processing time of two to
three business days. (Updated on front page).
This means if you place your order on Monday your order will
ship out Wednesday. UPS
3 Day Select does not count the day that the package is picked
up. If your order ships out of MillCreek, Wednesday your
order should arrive on Monday not Friday. UPS does
not count weekends as days of transit. If you need your order sooner
you will need to choose a faster mode of UPS shipping as there
is a 2 to 3 business day processing schedule for all orders.
All packages leave the MillCreek warehouse in top condition; if
your package has any signs of damage, breakage,
and/or leakage , call UPS at 1-800-742-5877. Report the problem
to UPS immediately. UPS will then contact MillCreek to resolve
the issue.
Once orders are shipped from the MillCreek warehouse, MillCreek
does not maintain control over packages and cannot
guarantee shipping arrival dates by UPS or the condition of the
package and the materials contained within. MillCreek is not
responsible for any import tariffs or duties on international
orders as those are the customers responsibility.
Address Correction Fees:
Packages are sent to the "Ship To" name and address that the
customer inputs into the shopping cart. If the address is
incorrect, please notify us before the package is shipped since
a
$6 to $10 fee is charged for any change if the carrier-corrected
address is different than the "Ship To" information provided to
us; the customer will be charged for the fee.
WARRANTIES:
MillCreek Soy Wax Candle
Supply makes no expressed or implied warranty or guarantee as to
the use or end result of the products being sold. It is the
users responsibility to test all products, this also includes
packaging materials. Customers should purchase and test small
quantities to ensure products meet their individual
specifications. Customers have five days from the date
of received order to contact MillCreek with any problems or
concerns regarding that order or its contents. MillCreek can be

MillCreek is not responsible for the quality of products not
purchased directly from MillCreek (i.e.: trades, sales from
other individual parties to another, swaps, ect.) No comparisons
will be made. All orders are on file.
RETURNS: All Sales Are Final
Due to safety and quality control
concerns, MillCreek Soy Wax Candle Supply does not accept returns
on
any
product. All products are available individually or in
small quantities. It is suggested if ordering a new
product, please order a small quantity to insure that it meets
your specific needs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
PRIVACY STATEMENT:
MillCreek Soy Wax Candle Supply collects personal financial and contact
information to use for the purpose of order processing only. Under no
circumstances will MillCreek allow this information to be sold or shared.
MillCreek reserves the right to
refuse service to any party at any time.
Pick up Policy:
NO
PICK-UPS
MillCreek is an
internet-based business and does not have a store front or
retail outlet. All orders are shipped using UPS
services; please do not inquire about picking up an order as
all orders are shipped. Orders may be submitted via our
internet shopping
cart 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
INDIANA RESIDENTS: Our shopping cart automatically
charges all Indiana residents state sales tax. To qualify for
Indiana State Sales tax exempt status you will need to mail us a
COPY of your tax exempt certificate. We will keep this
copy on file. When placing an order simply place a note in
the comments section stating we have a copy of the certificate
on file. We will then verify and refund the Indiana States
Sales Tax back to the method of payment used. |
